Font set from biejor
IPS patches which contained more than 10k of data were removed, since they either contained a translation (Translators don't like people messing with their patches!), or contained a complete rom in patch form.

Doh, apparently I need to create permissions for attachments before they will even appear... Now should be fixed.

It's in the permissions of the "File Upload" mod for Punbb where you set the permissions. Apparently, newly created forums start out with blank permissions, which denies access to everyone but admins.
