Please Help!

I just bought a gba movie player and have been using the pocketnes compy emulator
while it generally works great, but when im playing super mario 1, the first level is a weird underwater thing that i have never seen before. wat can i do?

ps. is there any way i can play super mario 3 on my gba movie player

Underwater... Isn't that the debug level? I remember breaking into there once. I think you had to jump backward into the top of the vertical pipe in 1-2, and hope mario just slid into the wall.

Weird that you'd get there instantly using pocketnes, if that is, in fact, where you are.

Your SMB1 rom is corrupt.  Most are, clean SMB1 is one rarer roms out there.  It also fails on FCEU.

There's also probably a ram initilization bug in pocketnes_compy somewhere.  Stuff like that happens when all the memory areas are moved around to allow 256k roms to execute.

ive actually had some success playing super mario 1 on pocketnes 996, however it has trouble playing 256 kb games like super mario bros 2

any suggestions?
