Is there any way to get the sound and the movie to syncronize?

If your computer is extremely fast (AthlonXP/Pentium 4) or higher, you will notice that there are a few stall points where the animation stops until the music reaches a specific point, these let the faster moving video slow down to the sound. Other than that, the synchronization is total crap.

I just watched it again on my parent's new computer, and the improvement in synchronization shocked me. On their old computer (which now belongs to me) the song finished about a minute before the animation.
