Goomba Color DS source code

Hi, could you release the source code of Goomba Color DS?
I'd like to tweak a few things (for istance use the upper screen for playing and turning the lower off, adding palettes, etc.).
Can it be built with the latest devkitpro?

I totally agree releasing the sources would be much appreciated and i'm sure many people would like to see some updates to goomba color ds.
