RikaiChan-Clone Text Editor
I've just posted a new Text Editor which is a clone of the Firefox extension it's named after. This text editor lets you look up Japanese words by moving the mouse over them, just like Rikaichan.

What .NET version uses?
I was trying to run it, but i only get a general error message. I'm going to be frank, i don't like .NET that's why im asking what version, in order to download just the one version.
btw im running win8.1
