Is it possible to play PocketNES on a GBA Emulator?

Hello.
This is my first post here, so i don't really know much of this, but before i go into my problem, im just gonna say Thank You, as the emulator looks great (im coming SRB2 Message Board, by the way)!

Now, i recently found my very old GBA and the flash cart, so i was thinking of playing PocketNES, which i recently heard of. However, the handheld was pretty damaged, and i couldn't repair it. The only thing i can
play GBA games on would be my phone, Redmi Note 9 Pro (using the paid version of MyBoy! emulator). Is there anyway to play this on? I would really want to play Metroid on it (i know that Classic NES Version exists, but i dont want to play that version as because of its un-entire accuracy), but i can't figure it out.

Thanks for any possible help!

Re: Is it possible to play PocketNES on a GBA Emulator?

So it sounds like you're attempting to try out PocketNES, don't have a GBA flash cartridge, and want to try it out by using an Android phone.

For an Android phone, I'd just skip the GBA emulation part entirely and just run a real NES emulator using RetroArch.  If you really want to test out PocketNES specifically, you can use one of the GBA emulators within RetroArch.  But I find that touchscreen controls generally suck.  For instance, I was trying out Street Fighter II (SNES) recently, and could only successfully do a fireball 1/20th of the time.

In terms of emulation accuracy, I'd put the Classic NES Emulator higher than PocketNES in terms of sound emulation.  The Classic NES series emulator actually synthesizes the noise channel, rather than trying to approximate it using the built-in GBA noise channel.  For a simple game like Metroid which does not use complicated features of the NES or mappers, the Classic NES Emulator is perfectly fine.  It just doesn't have savestates or cheats.
